Endearing the nature of flow

The topic of chakras may not be your everyday cup of tea, but the notion of the flow of subtle energy, prana and chi has been around for thousands of years.

Whichever way you look at it, scientific evidence confirm the 'spark of life' is much less metaphorical, and more a matter of how we are hardwired for multifrequency manifestation than what we believe from a traditional Western scientific point of view.

Eastern philosophy refer to the notion of energy fields, chakra's, prana, and the flow of Chi, all of  which are well documented and integrated in advanced systems of manifestation, ancient techniques of healing and spurious practices towards healthy living and general wellbeing.

As a classically western trained health care practitioner I have always had a reverence for Acupuncture, and hokd the ancient Vedic practices in high regard, but for all the wrong reasons as I discovered in the sunset of my career as physician.

The beating of our heart is the first muscle to generate an electric field. One that the medical fraternity use to monitor cardiovascular capacity and integrity.

Next to come online is the electrical activity of our brain, where the electrical firing of our nervous system generate brain waves that we use to monitor activity and diagnose abnormality.

Normal sensory nerve cells fire electrical impulses in specific patterns that the lower brain structures either interpret as regulatory input (commonly referred to as the autonomic nervous system) or sensory, which the higher brain use as input to perception.

Due to society's unexpected increase in sensory requirement (particularly of the visual cortex) we are hampered by a evolutionary energy deficit processing limitation. When our brain needs the capacity (i.e. to maintain complex homeostatic emergen , in which case the higher brain structures are shunted in favour of responding to the crisis at hand.

Our lower brain structures then, are primarily responsible for maintaining our bodies homeostasis, and drives our tribal (not personal) survival and behaviour traits.

One of the difficulties in modern society is the sheer volume of information demanding our attention, raising our lower brains risk of sensory overload and shutting down our higher brain in favour of emergency response.

Given that our sensory data array is functionally deficient in processing power, our midbrain divert habitual sensory input to autonomated response subroutines, while new and emergent input is measured for risk, and passed on for computational awareness.

What all of this imply to the electrical activity of your wetware is plain to see in your brainwave activity. Look for yourself.

Restoring the electromagnetic homeostasis of the amygdala through entrainment reset the hair trigger response we potentiate through high levels of stress, constant reinforcement of our fears, failure to care for our need to play, have fun, share pleasure, be present, share in the sanity of sense, or indulge our sense of abandon in the confluence of Nature's flow.
